So I've been looking forward to the weather changing to bring more birds down to us and I think it's starting to happen. Today was a very slow morning. At first light I saw three woodies Suspect flying high and off in the distance. Seemed like the perfect morning sunny but it was very quite. I all most had two flocks of Geese come in close enough to take a shot. At 7:10 I could see some big ducks (Mallards or Blacks) flying off in the distance so I figured I would try to call them in. My calling is by no means good at all, it's ok at best. But to my surprise they turned, dropped and locked up into the dekes. This was the first time I've ever been able to call birds in. It's was so fricking cool! Just wish I had it on video but maybe next time.

Still not to sure what was better, shooting the Geese, watching Chris trying to join you in your blind or seeing how much you and Chris really enjoyed playing "Broke Back Mtn" together Nov 23rd - 29th 789291 Nov 23rd - 29th 789291 Nov 23rd - 29th 789291 Thanks again it was fun.
