Serves 3-4
Prep time: 20 minutes
real butter a must
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup sour cream
1 fresh tomato,diced
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
one small cup of mushrooms
Wash goose breast in cold water. pat dry and cut into thin slices. fry in butter,being careful not to overcook.When the slices of goose are done,transfer to serving plate.
Add dry white wine wine to pan drippings.Wehn thoutoughly mixed remove the pan from heat and slowly stir in sour cream. Stir untill smooth. Add fresh tomoato,salt and white pepper. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
Pour over goose steaks and garnish with mushroom slices.
