its been a rough season for me

but it aint over. i cant wait to get back out there for another goose hunt. i will be out alot more during migratory season i can bet you that. and as for ducks,bring them on. i have about 5 goals this year and if i can accomplish atleast one of them i will be happy. got to have goals right. mine are just set alittle high but hey you never know. right?

goals.

get a duck band(wouldnt be disappointed with another goose though)
shoot a woodduck
pintail
bufflehead
hooded merganser
teal ( any teal will do )

if i dont get any of these as long as im having fun with family and friends then that will be a trophy in itself.

what are some of you guys waterfowl goals?

yeah then by the time the season starts half of them are gone

being with friends and family is a no brainer it is what i most enjoy about the season

collard goose would be nice. i still think i would rather have a banded duck. a banded woodie would be awesome.

This year...

I would love if I can even get out into some birds period... actually bagging one would be an extra for me.

saw about 6 flocks of at least 10 fly over lawrence today at 3 pm
