| I think a large part of the group has been using Black Cloud and I was wondering what chokes have been working best for you guys. I do understand that at the hunting time (over ponds - in the fields) is different. I'm looking to purchase a different choke (have only used the stock Beretta) and could use some feedback. Looking for maybe a little more distance for those "shore" birds.

| did you ever pattern your gun to see how it shoots at different distances....i use Kent fast steel, cheaper than the black cloud, and i like the way the shoot.... | |

| check out the patter master for black cloud. also the carlsons choke for black cloud works great. i had that on my beretta. ask chris its his gun now. most of the time i use my stock chokes and they work great. take mikes advice and pattern your gun. my gun didnt like the kents and either did i since i had alot of mis fires with them but everyone is different | |

| The Kents will mis fire when wet, i use the black clouds if its raining....i never had a misfire with the Kents, just started using them late last season and shot only about 4 boxes. | |

You know, you are so right. I guess I just never really though about it. I just need to borrow a rangefinder from somebody and I'll do just that. Thanks for the tip... | |
