| Let's see, was planning to go out at first light this morning so I could move my stand over a little bit, but I woke up, got ready, and uh-oh, battery is dead in the truck! After too long, get it jumped and started, and what? The tire is almost completely flat!! Pull out the air compressor, doesn't work!! Had plenty of time so I went out anyway, saw nothing (except a hawk and some squirrels),but did get to move my stand and set an area for my new stand that just came in today. Working days tomorrow so maybe I'll get out Thursday. Better luck then, I hope! | |

| Went out this morning, saw nothing. Went out this afternoon and at about 4:15 I saw this nice buck come out of no where. Think he was an 8 but that doesn't matter. Took the shot and hit him from about 20 yards. Looked like a good shot, maybe a hair high, but found my arrow and it definately passed through. Cannot find any blood on the ground and we calmly walked away, I hope this deer doesn't die for no reason. Going back out tomorrow morning to check again. | |

| Went to my spot where I Have always seend lots of Deer. Got tot tree and climbed up. 2 broken pin's on my bow and three tree stands around me plus no deer. This has been a frustrating season. I will try some other spots this week that I believe might be holding deer. This is crazy. | |

| Went back last night and then searched again for a few hours this morning. Could not find a damn sign or drop of blood anywhere. Very frustrating. The blood on the arrow seemed kind of thin and pink, not sure what that means, but I just hate the idea of an injured animal. | |
