ducks are on the move

i was leaving the doctors today coming down the rd i saw about 15 mallards in the air. i thought that was cool till i got near i nice private spot i know of and saw a ton of birds flying.i thought they were song birds but as i got closer it had to be over 200 mallards flying. they were going down right in there. i thought i was in ill. or can. awesome to see. never seen that many in one shot. huge huge flock.

also the lake was covered in geese also.

I agree with you Steve, hunted at a WMA up in North Jersey yesterday morning and were shot 4 Blackie and 4 Mallards of which some slid so far out on the ice we couldn't get (just not too safe). Were saw flocks all day with hundreds of Geese but just couldn't get them close enough to take a good shot witout skybusting. At one point we had to stop shooting because we limted out on blacks and that was all we were seeing. I was telling John that the pond was frozen and we did even have a single deke out. With you and John being for off hopefully were can get out for some Costal soon!!! Did you # change or is the same?
