She wasn't home the first time...the 2nd time, she knew what I was doing and let me work on some things for about 15 minutes.

Actually, the first time I did it I went for 2 minutes and 30 seconds...LMAO...routines are supposed to be a minute and a half...all good though, i don't even breath heavy anymore

Thanks, I appreciate the positive feedback. I wasn't to happy with it after listening to it a few times. I have now changed it up a little again and think it sounds better this time around. I'll have to have John post the new one up
