| from what i was reading it will never be called a license. it will be called a registration fee. | |

| At first I said...WTF...but after thinking about it, it's gonna be a good thing. Think of all the Asians keeping short fluke this summer while we were down there. This should hopefully set better limits and sizes for fish! | |
