Goose Jerky

So i dropped off my doe with Chucky at Killers Kitchen on Sunday and thought I should brought the geese. Scott has a bunch of breasts in his freezer that he held for us. As we discussed earlier in the season Im gonna take the birds to chucky to make jerky when I pick up the deer. I let you know the cost per person. For those of you who didn't have it last year it is awesome.

me too, I would like some...i did not shoot many, from either fear of the goose or Mac shooting early but i would still like to be in on it

Got the call from Chucky to come pick up my deer. Im going down on Sunday morning around 10am (if anyone wants to take the ride). Im gonna drop off the geese then.

so I got the call today from Chucky that the jerky is done. Steve and i are goin to pick it up tomorrow. Who wants some? The total came to $150. We had roughly 20lbs of meat before it's was cooked down into jerky. Let me know so I can split up the cost and the jerky.

I have to ask Scott, but I believe he is in. I ask Chris and Evan too.

Chucky told it was 150 over the phone but when I got there he charged me 130. So if it's just us 5 we are looking at $26 a piece.

If Scott goes in it's $22

Chris = $19

Evan = $16

We got a good amount of jerky so we will have more than enough to go around

no bruce. I gave him pic of you with your number on the back. He was gonna give the jerky to me for a 100 but when he saw the pick he said 130.
