Hey all,
So I went out this morning and of course 15 mins before legal I had 2 ducks (either Blacks or Mallards quaking away) jump up about 15 yards to the right of me. All I could do is watch them fly 25 feet right in front of me. Then 5 mins later I saw a group of about 6-8 woodies fly by high and long. Not within shooting range. Pretty quite after that, really no wind going on. I think we need some good cold fronts to move threw and it should bring in some more ducks (Like you said John: "at least we our seeing some different ducks") secound session should be good. Can't wait to take you guys for coastal!!!!

Cant wait to try that coastal hunt as well Rich! I went deer hunting tonight and had a pretty nice 6 pt walk right under me. He tempted me but I held off because he will be a brute of an 8 next yr. Was a beautiful night on stand...not sure why I didnt see more movement. Oh well. There is always next time Oct 19th - 25th 313132

Went out this morning to the farm in Flemington. Saw 2 deer in the dark. Couldn't make out what they were. About 8:30am I had a small 2" spike at 40yards. Then, 9:30am had a tall young 5pt cross teh creek from behind me. I decided to have a little fun with him. I wasnt gonna shoot him, but wanted to see if he responded to a few grunts. He crossed the creek, I grunted he turned and walked straight towards me. Stopped at 20 yards looked around and walked back. I grunted again and he turned and walked within 15yards. He was asking for it. But he's a nice young buck and I feel he will be a great buck next year.

Went out with Chris and Evan this afternoon. I managed to spook a deer that was walking behind me at 40-50 yards... I SUCK. LOL
